Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
SHIPPING IN THE US:
HoHo Hats are shipped anywhere in the US including US military APO/FPO locations FAST and FREE!
HOLIDAY SEASON 2024:
Hats will be made and shipped within 5 business days of order.
As of November 10, 2024, the only stock hat available is the classic Santa hat in bright red. The reverse fabrics (silks and brocades) for the other hats are no longer available. However the velvets and furs are in stock on the Design a HoHo Hat page to create your unique design.
USPS recommends shipping by December 14, 2022 for domestic delivery in time for Christmas
HURRICANE SEASON 2024:
Our workshop is located on the Florida southeast coast. October and November orders may be impacted by weather. We will try to contact you if your order is going to be delayed. Please check your tracking number for shipping progress.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship everywhere else in the world by US Postal Service Standard International shipping. Your shipping is calculated prior to checkout. Multiple purchases receive combined shipping rates.
International customs, duty and VAT may be charged by countries other than the US according to their policies at the buyer's expense.
Parcel tracking may not be available in your country. We cannot be responsible or replace for free a lost or non-deliverable package.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must have tags on and be in unworn, new condition. Sale items are final sales. Final sale hats cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for another size if available.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect. Contact karen@hohohats for assistance in this case.
An order can be cancelled prior to shipment. There is no charge for order cancellation.
Design-A-HoHo Hat, custom products and personalized and embroidered items are not returnable.
