Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

 

SHIPPING IN THE US:  

HoHo Hats are shipped anywhere in the US including US military APO/FPO locations FAST and FREE!

When available, Halloween and Derby hats ship in large boxes.  Shipping for large hats is calculated for each purchaser according to shipping destination and added at checkout.  Allow delivery time of 7-10 calendar days for larger parcels.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship everywhere else in the world by US Postal Service Standard International shipping.  Your shipping is calculated prior to checkout. Multiple purchases receive combined shipping rates.

International customs, duty and VAT may be charged by countries other than the US according to their policies at the buyer's expense. 

Parcel tracking may not be available in your country.  We cannot be responsible or replace for free a lost or non-deliverable package.

  

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.  Returns must have tags on and be in unworn, new condition.  Sale items are final sales.  Final sale hats cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for another size if available.

Shipping charges are not refundable.  

Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect. Contact karen@hohohats for assistance in this case.

An order can be cancelled prior to shipment. There is no charge for order cancellation.   

Design-A-HoHo Hat, custom products and personalized and embroidered items are not returnable.
